Graduated both her bachelor and master of law degree from University of Indonesia in early 1998 and 2008. She has expertise and experience in rendering various legal services. She specializes in corporate and commercial law, securities and capital market law as well as banking and finance. She has in addition a wide range of experiences handling litigation cases in the area of commercial and bankruptcy practices.

Sri Maulani is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) since 1998 which has allowed her bar admittance in all judicial courts throughout Indonesia ever since. Since 2005 she is also a securities attorney registered with the Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervisory Board (Currently OJK).

Rosita P. Radjah, S.H. graduated her bachelor of law from University of Indonesia in 1997. She specializes in criminal and commercial litigation, dispute resolution, labor law, corporate matters and bankruptcy. Her expertise and experience have been gained when she joined as senior lawyer at a leading litigation law firm in Jakarta. Later then she has been serving as HRD/legal manager at a reputable foreign company in Jakarta, where she involved in various legal actions of the company and handling all cases relating to labor problems.

Rosita heads our lawfirm’s litigation section. As a partner who is in charge in this section, she leads successfully our litigation lawyers to always be of service for our clients. She manages all cases in litigation and dispute resolution practice area. Her specialization in this area as well as strong competency in corporate matter has been an asset to develop our litigation section.

Rosita is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) since 1998, and as of early 2011 she holds also required license to act as a mediator. These licenses have allowed her to render high quality legal service in our firm’s litigation section.

P. Idna Yashinta, S.H. graduated her bachelor degree of law from Parahyangan University, Bandung in 2003. As her major was economic and business law, she has a wide range of knowledge in handling various corporate and commercial transactions, securities and capital market as well as banking and finance project.

Idna heads our lawfirm’s Corporate section. As a partner who is in charge in this section. She has been rendering various legal services such as preparing and drafting various commercial contracts, foreign investment arrangement, and many other commercial contracts. She has involved and assisted clients in numerous securities and capital market projects, from where she gained experience in this area of practice.

Before joining us in 2005, she worked at leading subsidiary of public oil company in Jakarta. She expanded later than her expertise at an Indonesian law firm as an associate. As she is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) since 2007, she is also allowed to represent clients before court in various jurisdictions throughout Indonesia. Idna also a member of Capital Market Legal Consultant Association (HKHPM) and registered in OJK.
